Delete your online account
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Amberfall stores your progress on our game server with an anonymous online account: player name, title, cards, currencies, campaign floors, quests, duel rating, win streak, wins and losses.
Delete it in the Game
- Open the Game and tap the gear icon (Settings).
- Scroll down to Danger Zone, tap Delete Online Account and confirm twice (the final button unlocks after 5 seconds).
- The account, all progress, your duel rating and your place in the ladder are deleted from the server immediately.
Delete only your progress
- To keep the account but erase your progress, open Settings, scroll down to Danger Zone, tap Reset Progress and confirm twice.
- Amber, Dark Crystals (including purchased ones), Forge Tokens, all cards and card levels, campaign floors, quests and statistics are deleted from the server. Ancient Scrolls you bought and your duel rating are kept.
Can't open the Game?
Email amberfall.support@gmail.com with the subject 'Delete my account' and your Player ID (shown at the bottom of the Settings screen and in your profile). We will delete the account (or only your progress, if you ask) within 30 days. If you no longer know your Player ID, tell us your player name and roughly when you last played online.
What is deleted later and what is kept
Match log records contain only random account IDs and are deleted automatically after 90 days. Accounts that have not been used online for 2 years are deleted automatically.
Records of purchases that were delivered (order ID and a one-way hash of the purchase token, no personal details) are kept as long as the law requires for accounting and fraud prevention.
